The welcome Rosé and use of the bikes for an early morning tour of the Hollywood celebrity homes was so great! It was a very welcoming place. Parking was great but a little difficult to enter and exit. Definitely recommended!

A very cutesy and quaint boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The free amenities are thoughtful and appreciated. The hotel is close to many things. You can park your car and walk the area or bike it , using their complimentary bicycles. “Bri” was amazing. I’d come back again just to chat with her! I can’t wait to plan another getaway to this amazing property.

This was a terrific choice for our stay in Palm Springs. The room, breakfast, pool and overall amenities of the hotel were spot on. Decor was super cute and provided a charming vibe. Great to have a petit dejeuner selection. Bree at the front desk was an absolute peach and checked in with us often to see if we needed anything, she made the stay that much more enjoyable!

Brie was the property manager on duty 7am-10pm. Brie was the kindest, friendliest and most informative hotel front desk/property manager that we have ever encountered. We love the retro vibe of the hotel, the pool, the Rose Bar, complimentary bicycles, fire pits..

The outside decor and room wallpaper was fantastic. The noise from the street was not OK in addition to hearing the people in the room next-door. There was a slight sewer smell and the air conditioner was super loud as well as the refrigerator. It was difficult to sleep.

This hotel is great. The service is amazing, the outdoor space is lovely, and it’s adorable. Bree was fantastic our entire stay. She is so sweet and always made sure we had everything we needed. They have cute bikes you can borrow to get around town, and a simple continental breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!! I would suggest more storage options in the room. Perhaps a wall mounted coat hanger behind the door, and some floating shelves near the bathroom sink. There is not a lot of counter space for toiletries.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Palm Springs and feels like you're worlds away. It's peaceful, relaxing, has beautiful grounds and benefits from being adults only. The rooms are nicely appointed, the staff is welcoming, the extra accommodations from drinks, to snacks and breakfast are a huge plus and the pool is a dream. Can't wait to stay here again!
