"We loved the location with beautiful views. Our room as well as the common area were very clean and nicely decorated. A very cozy home. For breakfast the hosts prepared breakfast on their beautiful balcony. The breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I ever had in Canada. Eggs, Croissants, Bagels, scones, yoghurt and more. And on top of that we always had very nice conversations with the hosts. They were very accommodating, kind and made us feel at home. We will definitely come back."

"It was perfect. Clean and cozy. Everything worked. Curtains kept out all lights from outside. Electric heaters warmed up room quickly without making even the slightest noise or rattling. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept better than I do at home. I was in a bottom floor room and heard nothing prom the room above or rooms beside mine. "

"The rooms were nothing special, but they weren't bad. The property is about 15 mins from Cranbrook, but it was easy to drive in and we had no problem getting cabs to and from town. We used the hottub and steamroom which were great. We also dined at the hotel restaurant which was incredible! We checked out the casino as well. Will hopefully be back to check out the golf course as well. Our favourite spot in town was Encore brewing, so fun and not too busy."

"The valet and bell services were great. It was nice to have the help with our luggage. All the staff we dealt with were very nice & willing to help. We dined at the Fireside Grill inside the hotel & the food was wonderful. I definitely would stay here again."

"It was okay casino is tight but you should never go to a casino to win more for entertainment we had a great time the kids loved the pool"

"Maintenance of exterior of B&B is lack luster at best. Rooms are ok..little to no hot water and/or water pressure. No AC was being used, so windows and fan had to suffice and room was quite hot during the daytime. Location is very close to Ski Valley and hiking which was nice. No TV or phones in rooms. Breakfast is extremely good, although only served for one hour every morning. Would not stay here again, there are better choices in the area."
