Convenient location. Nice pool, however the hot tub was out of service. The room was uncomfortably warm. The cooling system did not cool the room making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room was great and the property was nice. The hot tub and pool were a great addition and the ladies area at the pool was spotless. Our only complaint was our thermostat did. It work in our room and it was stifling hot!!! So this made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable as there was no air circulation in the room.

After 4 weeks my bond has not been released. Everybody should make sure that their bond is released. I'm only getting standard replies saying hotel NEVER makes a mistake the staff are robots never make a mistake 😠 What a hassle with the bank who says Hotel has to release?

The location is very convenient at the center of Jasper Town with shopping, eating and gas station easily accessible. The staff is friendly and approachable. Room is spacious and clean with kitchen and utensils. Mattress is comfortable, WiFi signal is the strongest among all my stays in this Banff trip!

The property is over priced, however everything within the Rockies is over priced. Food in restaurant was good. The best of the property was the indoor pool and hot tub. They were super clean, very pristine and in excellent condition. We were impressed with that!

Insgesamt eine schöne Hotelanlage. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Angebot an möglichen Freizeitangeboten war gegeben. Für einen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht ist das Hotel in vielerlei Hinsicht nicht besonders geeignet. Der Waschraum hat bescheidene Öffnungszeiten, gleiches gilt für das Schwimmbad. Da es sowieso die ganze Zeit leer war hatte man die Öffnungszeiten aus meiner Sicht auch etwas früher legen können. Insgesamt hat die Lage, der Service und die Sauberkeit gepasst. Ein kleiner Mangel war aus meiner Sicht der mangelhafte Schallschutz zwischen den Zimmern, sowohl auf einer als auch zu den darüber und darunter liegenden Etagen und einer hörbaren Haustechnik.

Great location. Awesome staff. Room was clean. Thin walls so could hear our neighbors. Also high traffic area for tour buses and could hear them as they were preparing to leave very early in the morning. Nice property otherwise.
