「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. 「I usually don't complain about stays. We booked an oceanfront room, but got stuck on first floor at the bar. Couldn't even see the ocean from our oceanfront room. Other visitors were complaining. Two sets of folks who have timeshares there said they have been promised hotel upgrades to no avail for several years and they said the indoor pool had been closed for a long time. No mention of that on the ad. One lady I spoke with said she had asked for toilet tissue for the bathroom at the pool for 3...
