「Everything is fine except that the receptionist on ground floor was away for a long time. He left a contact number to call, but I thought he'd be back soon so decided to wait at the lobby for half an hour. Still no show.」

「Check in process was a complete nightmare. Couldn’t get a key to the room for 3 hours. The limited parking advertised is non-existent. Staff at the property aren’t helpful at all. Hidden charges after booking on Expedia. Communication with property was terrible. Prepare to wait very long for a crowded elevator as well. Overall a really horrible experience.」

「We really enjoyed the views and the balcony. We did not like the over 15 minute waits for an elevator to arrive, often full of cleaning/maintenance staff and having to wait for another. We did not get the apartment we booked, it was to be a three bedroom with a pull out couch. There wasn’t a pull out couch and the “third bedroom” was a bed in an alcove with a privacy curtain, very disappointing.」

「The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...
