"Everything was OK with the hotel except for parking to charge $55 a day for regular parking and $70 for valet parking knowing that most people would not want to go and park five blocks away in an unsecured lot is really not fair to customer service we stayed three days and we’re charged $170 for parking that is outrageous. That is more expensive than one of the nights that we booked with your establishment, you need to treat your customers better parking needs to be included the amount of money that your hotel chain makes per day is unimaginable indefinitely not fair to the consumer that books there trip with your hotel "

"Really nice stay prior to our early morning flight. Had a beautiful view of the river and enjoyed watching the sunset from there. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The airport shuttle was prompt. Lovely stay!!"

"I had a very short stay due to a late flight arrival and early departure, so I didn’t take advantage of the many hotel amenities. The room itself was very spacious and clean. My only complaints were the tiny bathroom vanity and the lack of places to plug in and recharge devices. This hotel is very handy for airport use, as it is connected to the Canada Line train."

"Wifi was unstable and barely worked. The room had water damage in the drawers. The lighting fixture in the bathroom was damaged. Overhead light in entry way of the room flickered when turned on. Under beds was dusty and balcony lacked furnishing. Staff were kind. Restaurant had terrible food, burger was soggy and service was slow."
