「The location was superb! We are a family of 4 and only had about 30 hours in Montréal and wanted to make the most of it without having to stay far from old town. The sites were super close and our kids had a lot of fun. We were in town for a concert and getting to and from the Bell Center was only a $12 Uber away. 「到了下午4:00都還沒收到入住的訊息，打電話也一直聯絡不上，到了4:30才有人接電話，真的很糟糕，到了房間後發現浴室很多設備都是壞的，晚上還有樓下的房客來敲門說他們的房間在漏水，問我們浴室是否有積水，但是我們的浴室是乾的啊，真的太爛了」

「Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...
