Four issues I would like to bring up.
1. On the day of check out, I asked for a check out extension from 11am to 12pm. Front desk allowed it. I stepped out and came back to my room around 11:45am. The access card wouldn’t work. I had two rooms, one for me and another for my parents. I had to go back to front desk to update the access cards. It was an inconvenience. Front desk could’ve updated my access card when I first asked for the extension.
2. On the day of check out, it was raining. We asked for two umbrellas. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes. Uber driver came and we had to leave. Fortunately, ok the way out, the valet gave us one umbrella. For a high end hotel, on a rainy day, it should not be difficult to anticipate more of your customers are going to need umbrellas. More umbrellas should have been prepared for hotel guests.
3. Room service - During the day, I was out for most of the afternoon, but room clean up didn’t come until around 5pm. Service seems slow to come around
4. I was told by front desk that sauna is only available at the Spa, which only opens from Wednesday to Sunday. Seems to be a very limited access and availability. I only stayed from Monday to Wednesday. Not the end of the world but dissappointed it wasn’t available.
