Disappointing Stay: Poor Service and Room Conditions
Our experience at this Ramada location was quite disappointing. When we first arrived and entered our assigned room, we were shocked to find a couple already sleeping inside, a serious security and front desk error that left us very uncomfortable.
The replacement room wasn’t much better:
There was no interior lock, which raised safety concerns.
Basic supplies were lacking—only one used bar of soap was provided, and the towels were thin and rough.
The drapes were partially off the rod, barely functioning.
Breakfast was very limited—many items were gone early. Although staff did restock a few basics, the selection remained minimal and unsatisfactory.
Overall, the service felt indifferent, and the property seemed poorly maintained. This stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
