Allison, the General Manager of this property, does not know how to communicate effectively with guests. She was very rude and displayed a complete lack of empathy when they revoked our room keys for a room we had already paid for, due to the resort fee being declined on my card. Instead of discussing the issue with me, nobody showed any understanding, and we were forced out of our room in the middle of the night. I even offered to pay the resort fee in cash, but nobody accepted my offer. The next day, when we went to settle the resort fee with a different card, Allison's lack of professionalism continued; she remarked, "Let’s go ahead and pay it then. Let’s settle the amount you don’t want to pay for." This was very disappointing. Fortunately, Manny, the operations manager, was present and accepted my cash payment.
