"There were quite a few hiccups- including the room we booked not being available and us having to switch rooms. Breakfast was pretty sparse. But honestly, the friendliness of the staff made up for it. They were really nice and super helpful, despite being short staffed and under stocked."

"The hotel is in remodeling so some of the mess has to be excused. The breakfast area is under construction so no breakfast. The power went out last night and we were with no lights, heat or air for a few hours. I have a knee problem and climbing 3 flights of stairs because the elevators were down wasn’t much fun. I do think the hotel should give the guests a credit of some kind for all of the inconvenience."

"Well when I first arrived the young lady at the front desk was so nice and her customer service was amazing. I had to bring my dog with me so when I asked she assured me that it was okay. She gave me a gift bag and the room was so nice and clean. I only got to change clothes in the room due to a family emergency but the young lady once again made the leave sweet as possible. And even though I was charged for a night that I didn’t stay I really did not mind because she was understanding and never gave me an attitude. Thankyou so much"
