「Wonderful restored apartment building from 1920s, mostly original elegant woodwork. Some rooms still with much or all original features - such as a cast iron clawfoot tub in our room (Dahlia), also an old treadle sewing machine converted to a side table. Very generous and helpful staff, including breakfast chef who made a hearty breakfast each day. Great location ~7 blocks walk from historic district. Only minor drawbacks - slightly worn linens, bed so-so, curtains not light-blocking at least in...

「We complained about the A/c. Someone check on it and said it was because the curtain was in the way of the vent. Room stayed hot. Pool out of order」

「The AC worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room which was nice. The rooms weren’t well maintained and definitely needed updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens were clean, the service was good, it just needs updating. Not sure I’d stay there again until changes were made.」

「The wifi kept dropping, if I didn't have my hotspot I would have been lost. The pool had what appeared to be oil spots floating in it. The gym, which is why I choose this location, had only one treadmill and it was broken. The continental breakfast was decent, staff was very nice and friendly.」

「Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms clean and huge. Wish it had a hot tub but overall super great property. Close to lots of food as well. 」

「The property was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and tidy. AC was great and shower and bathroom were great as well. The beds were very clean. The staff, day and night, were amazingly professional, friendly and happy. My only complaint was that the outlets at the bedside were loose and it was a challenge to keep the plug in proper place to complete a charge.」

「We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed. 」
