"Bahia principe explore tulum was a great experience for me and my family. Best part of booking through Expedia was that we got an upgrade to pink belt which will allow us to use Akulum and sian-kaan for food, pool and drinks. Overall buffet and other area of Tulum are good but Akulum feels luxury. Staff was already ready to help and kids were having fun at kids club. If you are going to Bahia Principe resorts, book it through expedia for the VIP treatment."

Some of the staff members were great some were rude or acted as if they didn't care mostly the front staff. "
