「I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid....

「Staff was very friendly, food was amazing, facilities were pristine and spectacularly maintained, and rooms were big, comfortable and well equipped. It is much better to rent a car to get to this location and be able to visit nearby attractions such as cenotes, Xcaret, Cancun itself, etc. Only negative side is that the “all inclusive” does not actually include water activities such as kayaks, scuba diving, jet skis, etc. they all have additional prices, even those that were supposed to be...

「New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there. 」

We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! 」

「What a beautiful place in the heart of Cozumel. My daughter and I stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to everything. The place was spotless and the staff was wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again next year. 」

「My only complaint is the Expedia page says there is free on site parking when there is not. There is street parking if/when you can find it. Other than that this place is excellent. Staff are great. Would recommend. 」
