"I sent my parents there for Mothers Day weekend. They were happy as hell. Loved the location. Bragged about the breakfast a lot, especially the host who was apparently funny and amazing. Thought it was really cool that the tour guides would actually come pick you up at the hotel instead of walking to a pick up point. They loved hanging out around the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable. I'm probably going to have to send them there again since their trip was cut short. "

"The valet was a little expensive but worth it. They were quick to get our car and help us with our bags. The front desk gentleman was very helpful on suggestions and quick check in "

"Disliked the many homeless sleeping and depositing trash in Reynolds Square. They didn’t bother or beg, but by far this was the trashiest square we went to. We walked to 14 of them. The hotel was a joy and staff helpful. Very enjoyable."
