It was pleasant, it was not the 3 star service at times, the front desk lady was a little rude when checking out, we had pre bought breakfast and they charged it and she had to make changes she seemed not happy with. I was warned to check the recipt and im glad i read that review. The hotel was in a 5 star area, the valets were super nice and very busy! Only gave 1 towel a day?! For 3 women ..i asked for more and they could not understand? Whatever it was beautiful, the breakfast was great our little server was super nice, the bar tenders were both top-notch and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast is good but very expensive (and you might not get the free breakfast you were entitled to, which by the way only covers $20/day/pers.). The personnel is horrible: inefficient, rude, unprofessional (except for 1 of the bartenders). That being said, the hotel's location and comfort are great. The locally collected taxes and fees Expedia estimates are 20% lower than the actual fees/taxes, which adds to the price, AND I discovered over $100 of erroneous charges on my bill when I got home! I recommend you find another hotel.

The room was clean. The staff was excellent, especially Sherry who helped us with early check in and accommodated us even though our room was not ready. We did not visit the gym on this occasion. It's an excellent location for exploring downtown Savannah.

We loved this hotel that we booked at the last minute. They do have valet service which is $48.00 a night, but most hotels do in Savannah. They have a good breakfast. I got the grits which usually make my mouth fill like sand , but these ones were creamy. We had an issue with the shower water not being hot, and they fixed that right away. They give you tokens for a free drink at their bar and unlimited water. Everyone was nice and I will stay there again.

Hotel Indigo was such a great place to stay. The location was one of the best parts, its steps away from City Market, right across the street from River Street, and close to everything you could need. There was so much to do nearby, which made exploring really easy. The bar was awesome and had great drinks, the rooms were clean, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. One thing I really appreciated was that the included fees actually came with something worthwhile. Instead of feeling like a junk fee, they included tokens for free drinks at the bar every day, which was a really nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again

I travel often and to Savannah frequently, but hands down this was the WORST stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The room smelled like mold and the toilet had a small leak. The phones do not work There’s a 25 dollar resort fee. I do t mind the fee when there’s something worthwhile to use it. We were given two free drink tokens, limited types that the token covers. I believe it was 875 value. There was “fruit and coffee for morning The elevator system was beyond explanation. Go to 5th floor to go to 3. From the arrival which was on a closed road to the end, there is nothing at all special except location.

If you want to be really close to the river walk, you will be happy with the location. Road noise is a thing but not out of control. Rooms are smelly, only one elevator after being broken at least 6 months based on review dates. I waited 8 minutes for the one elevator and it was full of housekeepers. Unbelievable. Every floor we stopped at had people waiting but no room! They did fix the elevator a few days into our stay so there were two. $25 a day fee for resort cost and you get free bottled water as well as drink tokens for the bar.Cooler was full of water today and no ice. Hot bottled water on an 88 degree day. A/C didn't work when we arrived. I unplugged it hit the reset and plugged it back in. WiFi thermostat connected and it started working. Ice bucket had smeared I don't know what in it, shower door track has never been cleaned, carpet squares in the halls are at least 30 years old. My wife says it's like staying at a friends house and they "dusted" before you arrived but that's it. After staying a week, the place grows on you and it's really okay. The bar tokens and the location really are amazing. The bed is comfortable and several of the staff at the front desk were friendlier by the end of our stay. I'm not sure we'd come back here as we now know several spots close to this location.

The only elevator to the suite level was broken and is not going to be fixed for a long time. The room was a bit dirty. The floor needed to be mopped and there were stains on the furniture cushions. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either. The lobby is nice and the attached bar was convenient. The staff there were very nice and helped me find a solution to Expedia’s wrongful room description. The hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff.

Front Desk Staff were not friendly, but the Cleaning Staff were excellent. Adrian was very helpful with getting us to a better room where the front desk staff just wanted to put us off! Room was great, river view was wonderful Bar was nice

Elevators out. If you’re on the street side wear ear plugs. Too much road and reveler noise. Staff seems overwhelmed at times and a little short with guests. Location is good. Park in Whitaker underground parking garage.
