「another morning we asked for towels when we went out for the day and was told the room was full service so they would be replaced, when we returned in the late afternoon no towels so we asked again and they brought towels. the next morning I told the desk clerk that the room hasn't been cleaned since we arrived, that day it was cleaned but no toilet paper or washcloths. Out of 5 days stay our room was cleaned the last 2 days. Breakfast was nice but children size portions and no seconds. It is...

「So knowing this is an old hotel you are getting the creaky floor charm along with things like a noisy ac, but very cold! We stayed in a room on the street with the balcony porch. As others mentioned, it is a very noisy street. The sad part was we couldn’t enjoy it bc there is a homeless lady who sits by the entrance & constantly hacks loudly and throws up!! It was absolutely disgusting. Something should be done. It would benefit all involved. Just telling what we experienced on a daily basis....

「We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

「Execellent place to stay with the space and feel of a very nice apartment. Very short drive or an extended walk from downtown Savannah. Reserved parking is both a luxury for Savannah and a bit tricky. Our space was tight and way too close to a large concrete pillar. However, it appeared to be the only space with that problem. Otherwise, this was a surprising find, offering a sizeable kitchen and plenty of room. I would happily stay again.」
