Absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And chic. The hotel lobby and bar was both relaxing and fun. Location was walkable to all things Savannah with lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel!! It’s beautiful and rooms are bigger than expected and really nice!! Bed is incredibly comfortable with top of the line bedding and towels. Beautiful and very clean room! We will definitely come back. We had a great experience!!

Fun, hip, great hotel!

Municipal Grand was only a few months old when we visited. Originally a bank and then a municipal courthouse, the renovation has been amazing. So cool, so hip, so fun! The entire lobby is a bar, and the rooms were perfect +if a bit small). We did not make it up to the rooftop pool, might have made this place even better.

Beautiful property and great food. Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. Understand the hotel is only three months old so hopefully kinks like the provision of consistent hot water in the shower/ bath will be worked out.

Everything about this place was great. Check in was smooth, the staff was incredibly helpful. The room is gorgeous and clean, with plenty of things available for you in the room. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was delicious. The bar down stairs is convenient, and plenty of space in the lobby to relax. The location has plenty of food options nearby in walking distance. Perfect from start to finish.

The style of the hotel and the friendly staff. Our room offered privacy on the mezzanine level, as well as a thoughtful and chic 70’s look. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! The welcome drink was a nice touch and very tasty. Location, location, location!! You’re minutes from everything, great walkability. Theres no parking but the valet is worth it; if you’re paying what you are to stay, get the valet. Overall, our stay was lovely and we will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
