Classy decor, very modern, which is a bit at odds with the historic district vibe, but overall nice amenities. Larger bathroom and good counter space. Limited food/menu choices on site, but good for happy hour. Great central west side location for walking North to River Street or South to Forsythe Park and everywhere in between.

First, I absolutely loved the room and set up of the room as I’ve never seen a hotel room set up that way. I love that the couch is in front of the very large city view window. Nice bathroom as well. The only issue was that it was a little warm in the room even with the air conditioning running. Not a huge problem as it isn’t that hot outside right now, but I could see it getting really hot during the summer. That being said, I would love to stay here again!

Very nice friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is about a half a mile from the City Marketplace and the river once you find your way, but right around the hotel nowhere to eat or drink and the hotel has very little choice of food for either breakfast or dinner. Dining became a chore rather than something to enjoy. The room also isn’t very bright for a new building and the heat very noisy. Beds were very comfortable and room clean.

My room was clean, aside from a few spots on the blinds and couch. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman who bartended the nights I was there. I recommend parking in the garage across the corner, the rates are cheaper.
