"From showing up the first day to leaving customer service and accommodations were choice. Hotel was well keeped up and clean"
"The property was beautiful and everyone of the staff that we encountered were so nice and helpful. It was close to the things that we wanted to do. The food was great as was the service.
The only thing I did not like is that our first night there we were having a drink at the bar. It was fairly early in the evening so they were not overly busy. The lady bartender was very nice and efficient. Then someone that I assume was in management went behind the bar and started telling her that she had better do a better job of checking to be sure of the room number of people charging to their room or in the future she would be paying the charges out of her pocket. This may have been something that needed to be said to the the woman but doing it in front of customers was VERY tacky. No class

"Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The rooms, lobby and pool areas were all clean and maintained well. We would definitely stay here again. "
"The air conditioning in our room barely worked. I know it was hot outside but the ac in the lobbies worked fine. If it was 85% humidity outside, our room wasn’t much better. "
