"Great hotel and customer service "

"My stars were all high. But my overall rating was a three. This is because of small things that added up. The shower kept going from scalding hot to freezing cold every minute or so. There was *constant* banging around heard from another room that could be heard in the bathroom, even at 3am. The snack bar was not staffed, the machine wouldn't work with cards, and they had no utensils for things like ice cream. The sink was slow to drain, so it backed up frequently. One of the elevators broke. The room was rather small for the price. However, the room was clean. The bed was AMAZING. The staff was respectful and nice. The restaurant was good. The location was exactly what we needed. Parking was perfect (though expensive) and valet was optional. The view was nice in the room and the working elevators were quick and efficient. "

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is to-go only after 10 AM. Complementary coffee only available in hotel room, not in common areas. "

"Everything was clean, and the staff were all helpful and pleasant. We had planned on eating at the steakhouse, Sear, on Thursday evening, but it ended up being closed. We were told this was due to low occupancy at the hotel, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was quite lovely! Would recommend."

"Terrible. The water was freezing never got warm. Tried calling the lobby multiple times never got an answer. There was so many people who only two elevators working. You had to wait at least 10 mins before getting on the elevator and once on it was packed completely full and would stop at every single floor even when full. "

"A tried and true gem of Savannah! This property is located in the middle of the historic district and easy to get into/out of off using Interstate I-16. Also quick walking to Savannah’s 4&5-star dining establishments(The Old Pink House on Abercorn Square; Vic’s on The River - 26 Easy Bay St.; and the venerable B. Matthew’s down on East Bay - for the best brunch, easy on the wallet, in Savannah/Chatham Co.). The hotel is an older, historic property that has been upgraded, but it did not loose it’s original charm. Their service is impeccable and is worth the price, even on busy Savannah weekends. Enjoy!"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front desk staff are amazing. The sheets were ripped on the side on one bed and had some small black marks on the other. Also, it is unfortunate that we could hear the loud neighbors until 2 a.m. "

"Upon arrival, was ignored by staff as they argued about who could take their break next. Then, charged twice for parking. When I received my receipt after checkout, I called the hotel directly over one dozen times with no answer. The email provided in the receipt was no-reply@hilton.com."
