This property sent me a confirmation they had a 1st floor room confirmed available for my medically fragile special needs son then when I called before to say I would be there later to make sure on check in, said they did not. My son is very fragil, in a wheelchair, ventilator and i cannot leave him alone long to get equipment in and out. They falsely led me to believe I would easily be able to get in and out with him then they put us on the 6th floor and put his life in danger. If it wasn't for the amazing gentleman working overnights who helped us get upstairs or a guest named Sunny helping us out, my son would have been in great trouble. I was planning to book this hotel again next month but since they did this and lied telling me we had a first floor and didn't, I can't trust them. I have the email as proof of their response on the 1st floor confirmation. Housekeeping was kind. Night clerk was wonderful. Its a shame that the management and rest of hotel did not care about guests like that. Do not stay here if you have disabilities and require a first floor. They will lie. They have elevators but my son's chair is long and it was very difficult fitting his chair in them.

Arrived the hotel exhausted and wanted to get a rest asap but no room was reserved for us. Eventually gave us an alternative room. The hotel interior was a bit dated and there was trash along the lightly lit corridor.

The young man that checked us in was very great. His professionalism and personality was way bigger than this property…... The sealing was leaking so there was a puddle of water on the floor. The room was not as clean as I had hoped so that made things uncomfortable, and outside was very sketchy looking and feeling.

When I got to the room it was not properly clean. There was food left over in the mini fridge, there was food left in the sink and there was smoke ashes on the table. I ask to switch rooms and before I could give my reason to why I wanna switch the person behind the counter gone say the hotel was sold out. So I ask can I get the room clean again she said okay and rolled her eyes. All of this was on the first day and I stayed 7 days and not once did they come and clean the room. No one brought towels literally everyone had to go to the desk to ask for towels I end up going to Walmart to buy my own towels. The hotel is dog friendly so please be aware I step in dog pee when getting off the elevator. Last thing the rooms has balcony’s but u can’t get on it. You can’t even open the balcony door at all the balcony is just for display only I’m warning u right now don’t book this hotel.

The property smelled of cigarette and marijuana. There were people hanging out around the building, and we couldn't tell if they were renting a room or were transients. The carpet was dirty in the hallways, and linen and towels were outside multiple rooms throughout our stay. It had a king-size bed with only two pillows and heavy sheets, no comforter. I did not sleep well, even for the economical price, and expected more.

Arrived at 2:05 pm and was told to come back at 3 as they did not have any two beds ready as I had booked OR I could pay $25 early check in fee for a one bed room. We left and came back at 315, checked in only to find that the room had the overpowering scent of dog urine and there was dog food in the corner of balcony door. We eventually cancelled and I am due a refund but will more than likely not be returning.

Front Desk was Very Nice. Room could have been a bit cleaner. The house keeper left someone’s Tshirt in the room and the Microwave had a bunch of crumbs. Other than that. It was a comfortable stay. The Elevator could be a bit faster, and I love the secured parking. I definitely would stay here again

I didn’t like that there were a bunch of bums hanging around in front of motel. When you walk in it smells like smoke really bad. It’s dirty in the lobby. Went to the room and open the door it was filthy and had a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor. This place is horrible and misled on the internet. The overall aesthetic of the property was just dirty. We took the elevator to our floor and stepped out to find dog pee. Went to our room and found hair in the bed. The floor seemed dirty. The sheets were stained.

This motel 6 is 3 minutes from the airport great convenience for early morning flight but it’s more of an extended live in so there is a lot of in and out activity and extra curriculum activities missing the door latch in the room they have a shortage of towels or wash clothes for a quick place to crash yes family stay absolutely not lot of food and store in walking distance but not recommended if you are not familiar with the area

First they assigned us to 506 but it wasn’t cleaned meaning the housekeeper was still actively cleaning the room. Then they sent us to 512 in which the linen was dirty, floors nasty to the point the housekeeper gave me the broom to use and keep to clean the room up. Bathroom had hair in it so I know that wasn’t cleaned. Never again will I stay there or recommend anybody to be there

The room she attempted to check us into 506 wasn’t cleaned. Then she gave us 512 in which the sliding door didn’t open, the linen was nasty and stained, and the room was semi dirty to the point that housekeeping gave me the broom to sweep. Not to mention when we attempted to get new linen they told us they didn’t have linen to give us around 630 pm. Will never stay here again and will not recommend.
