「Don’t stay here! We got in very late, and despite communicating that to the host, we received no check-in instructions. (We were in a phone-less concert, and when we got out we had to text in order to get the instructions because they’d still not sent anything.) It was a needlessly nerve-wracking start. 「We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable」
