"Accidentally entered the wrong day in my reservation. The hotel charged my room. Tried to work with the management and they stated they couldn't change my date due to booking through expedite. Said I could get another room for correct night just had to pay again they wouldn't try to just trade the day of my room or get my money back"

"Great place. Very homey and welcoming. The complimentary s’mores were a great touch. As someone who travels solo, it was nice to make s’mores and have conversations with others also staying there. Only downside is that the mini fridge in the room made noise throughout the night that I had a horrible night’s sleep."

"Definitely out of a kind place. We stayed for one night. Arrived after midnight but were able to get in without any problems based on the instructions given. Checked out early morning without any issues. Super comfortable bed and amazing views!"
