「Staff were so rude and not helpful. My friends and I drove 2 hours for a wine festival, and my friends’ room was canceled and sold without any warning. They were left with no room and nowhere to stay at 9pm. Christian was extremely rude, and the manager Latasha was even worse. Currently trying to dispute the charge for my own room because they refused to call another manager to help with a refund.」

「The bathroom was the best. The room itself was hot with bad air upon arrival. It cooled down 3 hours later. The room did not reflect what was advertised online.」

「This place was convenient to downtown where our event was. Super clean room and restaurant. Our only issue was key fob for electronic lock was hypersensitive and it took about 25 attempts each time we entered the room to work. Last morning we had to leave early and couldn't get into room - office staff were not on site for another 20 minutes and we had to leave with stuff still in our room. Worked out but too much of a hassle.」

「Good location for food and hiking, updated furniture, microwave and comfy beds, downside was being given a smoking room when we asked for nonsmoking, also the amount of flies in the room and overall the walls/doors needing a good cleaning.」
