「The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

「The Mining Exchange has quickly become one of our favorite places to stay in our hometown of Colorado Springs. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. The rooms are impeccable, and the location is perfect for an evening or even an entire weekend downtown. I particularly love the style of the bathrooms with the green tiles and gold/wood accents throughout.」

「Slightly dated rooms and lobby. Older property. Also same/similar HGI nearby which is nicer. I confused the locations as they are so close to each other」

「The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, the corridor was well-ventilated, and the swimming pool was also great. Overall, I was very satisfied.」

「Love the garden」

「Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.」

「although the equipment is old,but still worth to leave.Cheap and convenient.」

「很不錯的便宜飯店」

「Well since I've been|n living in my car I'd say the price is right and I'm grateful so nothing bad happened and everyone there seemed real friendly and respectful.」
