「We chose this hotel because it was conveniently located right next to the airport, knowing we'd be arriving late. Check-in was quick and easy, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill once we got to our room. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though we had requested a non-smoking room.
