「Breakfast staff was rude while declining to refill the food. They were short staffed too. Room were clean but had bug infestation」

「Our room was clean and comfortable. The TV in our room was out most of our stay. I wish they had breakfast at the hotel----no coffee in the lobby----not we expected from a Nuggat property.----the staff was pleasent and helpfu.」

「Lovely history hotel. However the very small room (no where to sit except the very high bed and the toilet was less than ideal. So too was the fact that the 2nd floor room window view was of the very large physical plant for the air conditioning, The view was a minor issues it was the loud hum of the machinery that was problematic.」

「Love everything except the indoor pool area. The pool room looks warn down, the pool was too cold yet the hot tub was so cloudy I couldn't see the steps to get in. The rest of the hotel, my room, the restaurant and the bar are all fabulous.」
