Staff was exceptionally courteous. My husband - who usually complains about hotel beds - said it was the most comfortable hotel bed he's ever slept on. The breakfast buffet was better than expected with ample choices and made to order omelets.

We booked a room with a view in the tower building. The boiler flooded the tower building so we all recieved a text telling us to go to the frint desk to check for another room availability or cancel check out and cancel.our stay completly. We opted to try and chekc into another room. We went from a top floor king size bed room with a view to a bottom floor double queen beds room with construction. No compensation was offered for the downgrade for inconvenience. The room was dark and dingy. We decided to chexk out and found a hotel near by that was much nicer. I will not be back to this hotel.

Our stay at the academy did not turn out very good. Didn’t have the room we needed to sleep 3 that we originally booked due to a boiler issue so changed our room and supplied a rollaway bed. On the second day of our time there, our hot water completely quit working. So we packed up and they changed our room again. On the next night they had more water issues and water was shut off for the majority of the day. At this point I called the manager to see when the water was going to be back on and she was very rude and disrespectful. She honestly should not be in a management position. After water came back on for the rest of our stay we had Luke warm but not hot water. The pool water was warmer. I would not recommend this hotel and we will not be staying there again

Kids love this property. They love the breakfast buffet and omelette bar. The indoor pool, ping pong table, foosball table, and pool table (inside the restaurant). The location is safe and convenient to stores, restaurants, and interstate. The rooms are decent.

just outside, you know the building is old. the bed is sunken on both sides and they just put steel on it so it doesn't sink any more. every move bed is making noise and the housekeeper they chatting loud at the hallway.We thought the waitress was being accommodating, but she expected a tip my husband overheard her telling another waitress.

The hotel was near perfect. My only suggestion would be that the rooms need a little updating. It looks like it’s started in a wing we weren’t staying in so fingers crossed. I’d definitely stay there again. Staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful.

Room was not clean and smelled. Very out of date. A/C motor going out so woke us up every 30 min. Also wheeled a dead body out right past us.. needless to say we ended our stay early.

The door to the room sticks and sometimes you have to shove the door open. The bathroom door sticks and only opens halfway. The ac unit, only half of it has air coming out. The hotel itself is very dated. The lights suck and are yellow. The pool is the best thing about the hotel. Breakfast is pretty good.
