「We had a wonderful stay in the Guest Cabin. It was so very peaceful and relaxing sitting outside by the river. We enjoyed watching the geese and goslings and caught a glimpse of a foxes playing nearby. My husband enjoyed fishing off the bank. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for the two of us. We already have plans to return!」

「We asked for directional assistance, but was not helped. We couldn't find the hotel, and when I re-called, their was NO ONE available to help us! I can't locate an email to request our refund, due to extenuating circumstances. Extremely POOR service 」

「This is older property that the owner put a lot of effort into to fix it up quite nicely. Interior finishes are inventive and good looking throughout. Rooms are same but handicapped by old basic room architecture. But everything is very clean with nicest towels you will find anywhere. Breakfast was better than many so no complaints there. Exterior landscaping was simarly nicely done. Fine choice in Gunnison.」

「Needs a lot of maintenance. Toilet was wobbly and seat was loose, tub fauce was dripping, burnt out light bulbs. Need filters on HVAC, fumes from vehicles pulled into room. Called before booking to verify ADA accessibility and was told it was. Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible and room is barely accessible. The good things are that the property is clean. 24 hr access to coffee/juice machines, cereals, milk, yogurt. If you will be out and about in the town and not spending a lot of time at...

「Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. 」
