「The room was clean and there was ample parking. The bed was comfortable. I had limited interaction with staff via text to access the entry code. The Internet (Dish) was spotty but acceptable. The rooms do not have A/C , but the temperature was perfect with the windows opened. I recommend the Four Seasons.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel/motel/cabins. The facility was not adequately maintained, and cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property. The room and common areas appeared neglected and did not meet reasonable standards for guest accommodations. Another significant issue was the lack of exterior lighting. The parking lot and walkways were poorly lit, creating safety concerns and making it difficult to navigate the property at night.」

「Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.」

「Historic property. Great location. Amazing amenities. Super friendly host who has a lot of investing stories to share. We had a shared bathroom which makes it dependent on the other residents for cleanliness. The tub was slightly small to take a bath.」

「No staff available other than by phone number. Bar is not operating, kitchen is available to guests, but it's a industrial kitchen and difficult to navigate would have been nice to have a microwave. Another guest said there was one in basement but didn't work. Hotel smelled of railroad ties. Bathroom/Rooms were clean room locks didn't lock. In a town isolated it was interesting but okay for a night.」
