We had a fantastic stay! We were simply looking for an affordable overnight spot while attending a play at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, and this place turned out to be perfect. We arrived before check-in and the incredibly kind front desk staff allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to enjoy the hot tub, so relaxing. Our room was surprisingly spacious, and the large bathtub was a wonderful bonus. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations for the price: clean, safe, quiet, and in a great location. We would absolutely stay again!

Stayed there with what seemed like a platoon of highway workers. They were nice. The desk clerk was very helpful, even checked on me to make sure the room was okay. Great little place.

The owner was amazing and went out of his way to let us check in a bit earlier than planned. We drove across the country and he had so much compassion for us. Good stay in a good area.... great restaurant across the parking lot too!

Comfortable bed with a matress topper. Very simple breakfast options. Hot tub was broken/off during our stay and was being used as a small cold pool, pool heater was turned up and the pool was warm.

Room was quiet and comfortable. However, none of the rooms had a microwave, had to use the one in the breakfast. Only saw one luggage cart in the building. Would have to walk a great distance just to see if one was available. Ended up loading the car one suitcase at a time.
