What a beautiful place. Our stay was so relaxing, our room is big enough. Sooo many options for Hot Springs its unlimited, the temperature are all different which give you a lot of choices. What a wonderful time overall. Will be back again.
Hotel gave $5 discount each day to The Cafe who had excellent choices.
The best Hot Springs resort! The layout w/ number of pools with different temperatures made it easy to find us all by ourselves. Beautiful setting on the river. The daily activities that guests could join were wonderful.
We rented the Deluxe rooms. I understand they just completed ski season and expanding but smashed bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom, loose faucets I shower were not as deluxe as I would want. Stay in Lodge or Expansion. The pools were however well taken care of and very clean. Summer was expensive and not up to the price as far as service. Atmosphere was more like an open breakfast buffet and not real private. Maybe add ambiancece and a fireplace. The staff are also patrons which was a little wierd sinc e most of them in the pools as well. Sulfur smell is hard to get out of clothes etc. Pagosa springs is also in a major street rehab and many businesses are closing. Meh
Our family enjoyed our time at The Springs! So many pools to choose from so it never felt crowded or chaotic. Check-in and check out was very easy and the facility was incredibly clean!
Our room was in the older building of the property, which was ok but nothing amazing. The pools were fantastic though and we really enjoyed the overall property.
Loved our time at the spring. The staff was amazing and we will definitely be planning a return trip in the future. Pagosa Colorado was definitely the best stop of our trip !!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our stay at The Springs Resort had some positives, but overall there were several disappointing aspects.
The older units felt very outdated. One of the biggest issues was the hot water in the shower. Most of the time there was no hot water at all, and when it did come through, it was scalding hot and only lasted for a minute or two. We ended up showering at the spa instead.
The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to fully relax during the stay.
Food was another letdown. It was very expensive and did not match the quality. Breakfast options were very limited, and much of the food felt like reheated cafeteria-style food. It was also odd that the main restaurant did not serve breakfast. Dinner certainly was not fine dining, even though the prices suggested otherwise. The restaurant hours also did not make much sense, although that may partly reflect how early the town seems to shut down.
That said, the staff were all very nice and accommodating, which we appreciated. The wellness activities were enjoyable, and the spa services were fantastic, though again, overpriced.
We would consider making the trip from Orlando again, but would hope to see improvements in the food and dining options in the future.
This was my first time at the Resort and Spa, being a Colorado native, it seemed like I should check it off my list. The setting is serine, very clean, many different pools to get in with a variety of temperatures. The San Juan River is so beautiful and I love the infinity effect on most of the pools. Gorgeous spot!
I knew I wanted to stay at this property as soon as I saw it and it did not disappoint! You are treated like royalty and the hot springs pools are so easily available! We loved that they had an adult only section as we were not traveling with children and wanted a quieter atmosphere. I was impressed that the bar stayed open so late for those enjoying the hot springs at night!
