Overall, the property was very good. Room was updated and clean, parking was nearby, and breakfast was OK. Negatives included no onsite admin staff and difficulty opening the room door. (The electronic lock behaved inconsistently and differed from the instructions.) Pricing was competitive so we'd probably stay there again.

This place is absolutely amazing! We came in late and needed a quick night’s stay. We didn’t want to leave! It was spotless, the staff was amazing even the over the phone staff, the breakfast was great and the area to eat was beautiful and relaxing. We have already talked about coming back.

Great place to stop. It was nice but on the outskirts of town. It doesn’t have a front desk so it was tricky checking in but the phone number that was posted did a great job of directing us and getting me a code to get in. They also gave good recommendations for places around town.

Staff were kind and helpful. Our first room was very clean and updated. Great bed. We had an issue with noise from the upstairs room. I contacted management. Within a few minutes she moved us to a studio cabin. It was quiet and comfortable with all of the amenities needed. Thank you for taking care of our issue. Breakfast was very good and unexpected. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay!! The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of hot choices. Only suggestion would be to put information about WiFi, breakfast and local information in the room itself. We had to hunt to find this as internet was spotty and the link provided in our email didn’t work. Otherwise it was a delightful stay!!

We loved it, it was cozy, clean, close to Pagosa only wish the hiking trail was open… and maybe a little more light outside… other than that everything was great…! Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back with the family…

Very impressed with the updated rooms and very comfortable bed. Felt more like a boutique hotel vs. a roadside lodge. No-contact check-in system w/ code to enter room worked great. Breakfast was nice. You can tell the owners have put a lot of care/work into this property. My only complaint is the curtains need to be blackout; the exterior lights shown into my room all night.

I had difficulty bc I did not read instructions before arrival and there is no wifi. I arrivedlate so the office was closed. We found the wifi password and reached out, it took a few but we got what we needed and from then on it was lovely. Nice room, small but cozy, inviting modern design. Loved it, will be nack and prepare better.

Everything went very smoothly for us, but saw a family struggling to do the contactless check-in to their room. Make sure you get your check in details the morning of your arrival, and if you don’t receive them early that morning, make sure you start reaching out to the property quickly as there are no on-site attendants to assist you except during the breakfast. There is little phone service at the location. Property is super clean. The rooms are modern, decorated very well, and clean. It’s located just outside of “downtown,” so you get great views of the stars at night and don’t have to worry about parking.
