「Contactless check in and check out, no main office. The hotel was just a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs and was just off the highway, but super quiet and peaceful. Rooms were clean, and well stocked. Breakfast in the mornings was great! Only minor complaint was some noisy neighbors upstairs. Otherwise a great stay! 」
"I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :("
