Having stayed at many hotels in the area for many years it was an unexpected surprise to see the level of services and accommodations that are offered. "Very accommodating! We checked in to our ocean front room , it was blocked by several palm trees and on 2nd floor. Carole was very clear that there wasn’t any other rooms available and that tomorrow we could move to another room. Carole moved us to the 7th floor ocean front. Beautiful view each morning with a sunrise that was prettier each day. They made sure we were happy and got what we paid for. "
