"The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great.
If I could suggest one thing it would be for the bathrooms to be renovated. Other than that everything was great. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. The amenities are terrific. The restaurant at the hotel is convenient and yummy. This is walkable to king street and close to everything! "
"Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! 🌿
From the very first moment, you can feel the genuine care for guests: friendly staff, quick check-in, and a cozy atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and all the necessary amenities.
A special thank-you to the staff — always with a smile, ready to help, and making every moment of our stay comfortable.
We truly didn’t want to leave, and we’ll definitely be back! 💛"
"This hotel is one of my favorites. It is the perfect spot to see all of downtown Charlestown. The food is amazing!! We had room service two nights and the food was top notch and the staff who brought our food were the nicest. We used the valet parking and the young kid that helped us was just the sweetest. We needed extra shampoo one night and within five minutes of calling we had shampoo. Love everything about this hotel and would never stay anywhere else."
"I recently visited Hotel Indigo and was thoroughly impressed from my previous experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautiful décor that added to the overall experience."
