We spent 5 nights; sheets should have been changed after 3. Door to the room needs to be redone, needed a towel in front of the door to help with noise and light."

"Room was exceptionally small. Poor privacy-we could hear the guests in the room next to us. No hot water in the shower-guess if you like waking up with frigid water then you’re in luck! The only friendly people were our waiter and barista. Front desk person was very rude and the hostess at the restaurant clearly hates her job! We vacation to Charleston usually twice per year-first time staying at this hotel. Convenience to everything downtown is great, but wish the hotel stay would have been nicer."
