「This is truly a charming, historic, and beautiful hotel! Elegance in everything I experienced in our 1 bedroom premium suite! It felt like I was in a European apartment! You have absolutely everything you need and more! The location is perfect, King Street shopping right outside of the hotel, but tucked away in a beautiful alley where the Lowland restaurant (the hotel restaurant) is across the brick paved alley! 「The room was very nice and clean. The hot breakfast was tasty & the wine and cheese in the afternoon was a nice touch. There were times when we could hear street noise as our room was on the first floor, right next to the street. The location was extremely convenient.」

「This was a great location, I loved the suite style room with many amenties in the kitchenette. The Bar Daniel and roof top were fun and so convenient. The staff was amazing! Only recommendation is to have hand soap in the bathroom. Weird that it's missing and had to use the shower gel.」

「The staff is above and beyond there! During their happy hour the manager Matthew was so great with his food recommendations. At night I needed some fixings to make a cocktail and one of the women at the front desk got me everything I needed. Even the bell hop/driver Keith was so nice! I can’t get over the service there! 」
