「OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself...

They could have moved us to a room with better Wifi but did not give us that option. Also there seemed to be zero communication of the issue from shift to shift, so every time we brought up the issue it was a surprise to the next person and we had to start the process over again. Traffic areas in hallways carpets neglected nasty long term stains carpets need hot water extraction cleaning in rooms too」
