「Amazing property. We stayed in the Luxury room (202) and were surprised that the photos did not even do it justice. It was a spacious room, well maintained property with free parking and great amenities.」

「Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall. 「This hotel was very clean, quiet and in a great location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did not eat in the restaurant but did get a nightcap and sat outside which was very pleasant. I'd book there again!」
