"Staff were very nice. Rooms were in pretty good shape for being an older hotel. Beds were a little bouncy, but comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good with a good spread and in a very spacious dining hall. The pool was good sized and the slide and waterfall along with it were a nice touch for the kids. Having the river run through the back of the property was amazing along with a walking path. The free trolley for Gatlinburg stopped right at the front of the property! Even if you walk, the property is only 10 minutes from the main drag of Gatlinburg. Great affordable place to stay if you want to be close to Gatlinburg for a night or two. They do charge $5 for parking per day, which I didn't understand. Would rather just have them add that into the price of the room. Paying for parking at a quiet hotel seemed weird to me. Other than that great place."

"I liked most of the staff and the location was awesome. The pool was nice. I didn’t like the plumbing out toilet barely flushed and we had to get maintenance to come plunge it but maintenance was there fast and very nice and professional. Also when we were showering the water was filling up in the bathtub a couple of inches. Overall we were very pleased with our stay"

"Very expensive, you pay 18$ a day to park and if you wanna sit on the balcony to enjoy the views bring chairs because there are none. The only 2 things I didn’t like! Oh and the hill to get to the property is very steep and very sharp turns!"
