「Ohh we love our room with scenery. The room was clean and warm. We loved morning breakfast specially made for us as we are vegetarian. Ample amount of parking spaces were available and we used Citi bus which was free and to and fro from hotel to downtown.」

「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
