「Decent hotel room. A little dated but roomy and all the comforts of a suite. Good rate. Only problem was the shower didn’t have an inside shower mat or a no slip surface. A little risky at our age. Had to carefully hold onto the little rod inside. Otherwise a great location near downtown and a good room for decent money. Stayed here last year as well. 」
「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
