We were a little disappointed bc we booked a suit, and the room was not available the first night. The hotel did offer us a voucher for breakfast. Also, the evening staff was a little rude as he asked me to not use the wash cloth to wash my face or remove makeup. I am not sure what other use a wash cloth would have? There was not a...
