"Great location mean only one block from times square. Easy to access Transit and restaurants. Staff was incredible and our room was cleaned and freshened up everyday. The walls were not very insulated and our neighbors were very noisy and we could hear everything going on outside. That was the only downfall. For the price and location it was well worth it."

I’m a finicky sleeper , especially when traveling but I had the best night sleep in the last month here. The service is top notch. I’m known to be particular about just about everything and I have only the best things to say. It’s worth the extra dollars. "

DID NOT LIKE: • Poor First Impression: The LOBBY needs to be improved. It didn’t give a good first impression at all. A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. It was old, filthy, and very worn out."
