The SoHo Grand Hotel was a great choice for our trip, the staff were polite, and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, great for shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, this will be my definite place to stay on my next day trip to New York City.

Such a perfect location! The hotel has a great vibe, nice rooms and the staff is exceptional - especially the entire group at the front door ! The 24hr diner is convenient, and there’s lots of key amenities surrounding the hotel location. We will definitely stay there again.

Very disappointed with the room. Windows were dirty and the location of the room on the street was noisy. For 1000.00 a night definitely expected better. Staff was very good.

Great room, unfortunately the well known bar at the lobby was closed for a private party. In my opinion hotel bars should not be closed for hotel guests. That’s an amenity guest pay for and sometimes the reason a guest may book a hotel. Like going to a ski resort but the slopes are closed for a private event of a rich guy and guest just watch through a window. Having said that, the hotel is well located and reasonably priced.

Stayed at The Soho Grand many times and is still my favourite hotel in NYC. Super well located, decent sized rooms (for New York!) and the staff are always great. Bar is very lively at the weekend, so keep in mind if not your thing. Would highly recommend.

Every person on the staff was approachable, nice, and super helpful. The king bed was very comfy. The room was very clean and quiet though the cars honking outside were loud on Friday night into the early hours (but c'mon, you're in NYC). Much less so Saturday and Sunday. There's also a night club on the weekends by we couldn't hear a thing on the eight floor. The 24 hour diner downstairs was extremely convenient, tasty, and gave off the vibe of a bygone era in a good way.
