I’d give my stay at Gilmore One about a 4/10. The place was very clean, which is really the main thing carrying that score. That said, the room itself was pretty small and nothing special. I also think they could do a much better job setting expectations, it’s more of a shared house setup where you’re renting a room and sharing common areas, not a typical hotel experience. There was a constant flow of people coming and going at all hours, which didn’t make it feel very private. The room didn’t feel particularly secure with just a coded doorknob, and parking was a headache. The neighborhood also felt a little sketchy at times. The bathroom setup was honestly the worst part. The light was on a timer and you literally could not use the bathroom with the lights off. It would shut off and then blast back on with a loud fan every 15 seconds no matter what you did. Even if you turned it off, it would just turn itself back on. Using the bathroom in the middle of the night felt like a nightmare, getting hit with a bright light and loud fan over and over again with no way around it. It was easily the most frustrating part of the stay. The shower situation wasn’t great either, the water pressure was weak and it took about 10 minutes to heat up. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and it was nice that they had a washer and dryer available, even though I didn’t end up using it. Overall, its not somewhere Ill stay again.

The apartment is nice … the location not that great. The parking situation is kind weird because you have to park inside this long driveway because is not street parking. Don’t stay in room #1 you can’t feel the central heat so we freeze all day because was cold and raining.We just make coffee but the kitchen was dirty and the cups and glasses have left over food and lipstick stains from previous guests.

The room was very clean and new! Sunny, the daytime contact was super! The neighbors hood was sketchy but the property was very protected. The shower doors wouldn’t stay shut, there was no tv in the room, no trash can except for bathroom. Parking was something to be desired. We had to buy a fan because the room was hot and you can’t control the air. If you wanted clean towels, you had to wash your own ( very strange).

Clean and remodeled. However, your experience highly depends on the people that you share the "townhouse" with. If they use the kitchen and don't clean after themselves you find yourself without clean items to use. Finding a parking spot is almost impossible, if we knew we wouldn't have chosen this place to stay. The bed was just a regular flimsy bed. Made noises. We didn't like not having a tv in the room. This place is cool if you book all the rooms with family and friends, otherwise is a bit awkward and inconvenient.

Everything was great here! Took my family here for 2 nights and had everything we could need. Definitely would stay here again. There is parking you just need to reach out to the owner to set it up. Clean and friendly owner. Area is calm as well very quiet!

Room clean, staff Sonny was very helpful. The Manager Shukai wasn't that friendly. When I got to the location I found out that the place is sharable with strangers. The only privacy is the room(s) you rent. The amenities doesn't give clear description stating there are going to be stranger that you share the living area and kitchen with.

Scary neighborhood with no parking. Clean room but it did not feel safe to leave anything in my car that had to be parked 1/2 a block away. Arrived in the rain so I had a long way to carry luggage to avoid puddles in the uneven sidewalks.

Gate was appreciated due to the bad neighborhood. There is no parking anywhere. The streets are lined with cars for blocks. I had to call to find out how to unlock the inside doors. Luckily they answered on the first call and quickly resolved the issue, although the doors now didn’t lock and had an alarm every time you needed to open them. The property was fairly clean.
