Nice view and other than good service from the restaurants the overall experience was not vip and a bit overpriced for what you get. Waldorf Astoria, Calamigos Ranch, Monarch, etc other 5 star resorts make you feel VIP without needing to charge you for every perk or amenities

The staff was amazing! Eveyone was so friendly and nice. From the front desk check in to the restaurants. Great service! The resort is stunning and did not disappoint. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book a longer stay. We will definitely be back soon.

fantastic facility. amazing view. The front staff was very nice. I love the space in the room. There are a lot of dinning options. The coffee shop was great also. The reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that the bed was too soft and not comfortable. Also, the trash can was not emptied when we first checked into the room. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will consider going back to the resort.
