Great view! Great location! Very friendly staff!! Bad: no fridge in the room! Very uncomfortable chairs! Amenities fees for what? There was not anything extra that I felt like I should pay for. No pool no balcony and still have to pay for parking, no daily housekeeping didn’t like paying for extra benefits that I never got! All that being said I loved this place and I will be back! Thank you for the stay!! PH7 is awesome!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. I was surprised to find out the building has a very interesting history. I was grateful for the bikes, beach towels, chairs and umbrella that were available for use at the beach. I especially loved the ocean view from every area of my room - even the shower! I would definitely look to stay there again on my next trip to Venice.

Loved this hotel ! Great location, helpful and friendly staff. We loved our room we were in PH5 large rooftop room, stunning sunsets. Next time I would make sure I got a room that was beach front not at the back. The bikes at the hotel that we could use for free to cruise up with Santa Monica were a great bonus. Plenty of things to do and dining options. We walked to the restaurant Great White upon recommendation from a local and it was seriously good, clean food. Something we'd be craving.
