「The experience wasn't horrible. Just an old hotel near the LAX. nothing stood out except for its location.」

「First, we are not being informed of being given a connected room with noises hearing from next room. Second, the shower gel is missing in bathroom and the floor of bathroom is sticky. Third, the alarm is not reset to off and we are being woken up at 6am. Yet, the staff is nice there and help provide remedy.」

「all good 」

「The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.」

「蠻有歷史感的飯店，工作人員很親切，房間寬敞，但有點霉味。地點很方便，開車到任何地方都蠻近的」

「All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs.」

「I can’t not get any service.」

「no room clean even though I asked」

「This hotel is pretty old. The AC is noisy and is located right above my head, which is annoying. I won’t stay here going forward.」

「The staff are very friendly and responded fast, willing to help and solve any problem. The room is spacious and clean. The location is great.」

「The staff are very nice. Nice service nice environment. 」
