"5 star amenities but not ( star service. Late room cleans. Thin walls. Can’t get service by the pool need to order on app and collect from restaurant. Very strange "

"My 3rd time staying at the London West. I can’t say enough great service, great staff from the minute I got there to the minute I left everything was wonderful Georgina so warm friendly made me feel at home. Food was delish. Can’t wait to come backs. "

"Kimpton La Peer used to be my favorite hotel in LA but regrettably I won't be returning. The room that I received was right next to the service elevator making it extremely loud in the mornings. It was not thoroughly cleaned as I found rose petals underneath a chair directly in the line of site. The A/C heater took a while to actually work so I was either too cold or too hot for most of my stay. The carpet was stained and the room had a slight smell to it. Upon checkout I requested that my EV be charged and was told that Valet was behind but that it would be taken care of. I waited for over an hour and apparently they forgot to plug it in. I'll give it three stars for the excellent location but overall I do not feel it was worth the $1200 I paid for 2 nights. "
