My recent stay at this property was deeply unsatisfactory due to several critical issues. Most notably, the day shift manager exhibited unprofessional, aggressive, and demeaning behavior that was entirely inconsistent with any standard of hospitality. His conduct created a hostile and uncomfortable environment, reflecting a serious failure in customer service training and leadership oversight.
In addition to the unacceptable staff interaction, the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises were subpar. For three consecutive nights, I observed unused equipment and materials left outside the window—raising concerns about sanitation, potential pest control issues, and general negligence in site management.
Most alarmingly, the shower curtain collapsed mid-use, posing a clear safety hazard. This points to poor maintenance protocols and could easily result in injury.
Given the combination of unsafe conditions, unsanitary surroundings, and deeply unwelcoming service, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. This experience reflects a breakdown in both operational standards and guest care practices.
